Pack Ranks here at DV Wolves are a little different...instead of using the usual, (Alpha, Beta, Omega, etc...) We use names from the "Tuoy" alphabet.
Here are the normal ranks and what they are after translation:
Elder - Eynez
Alpha - Ayzra
Beta - Meca
Delta - Neyca
Gamma - Faxxa
Zeta - Teca
Omega - Oxeva
Every three months rankings will be reviewed. At this time, the ayzras may change members' ranks to give others a chance at the ranks. If a member has not been doing his duties, he will be removed from that rank. If a member can no longer be online or is too busy to do what his rank requires, another member will be chosen for that rank.
Ayzras are the leaders of the pack; the classic Alphas. They hold authority over all the other wolves, and it is their duty to protect and provide for as well as govern the pack. They will help with any of the others' duties if need be.
Mecas are the second in command. Mecas assist the Ayzras in matters that the leaders cannot handle on their own, and can take over for them if they are absent. They often are the ones to which the packmembers can voice concerns or questions.
Neycas: Neyca wolves are third in command. They advise the Mecas, and when both Ayzras and Mecas are absent, they have control over the pack. Neyca wolves are in charge of keeping peace between lower members.
High Tecas: High Tecas are the wolves who plan strategies during battles, and lead the hunt when the Alphas are not present. They are very trusted, and often occupy a scout position.
Tecas: Tecas are scouts that watch the borders for enemy wolves, or incoming new wolves. They often lead "tours" of the lands for Newcomers.
Faxxas: Faxxa wolves are the caretakers of the pups. They are in charge of teaching the pups skills that their parents may not have time to teach them, and overall, are much like teachers.
Eynez are the eldest of the pack. They hold great wisdom, and are consulted in matters of great importance. It is their duty to keep the history of the pack.
Oxefas: Oxefas are the next-to-last members of the pack. They include newcomers, yearlings and wolves who have been demoted.
Yoh: Yoh wolves are the lowest possible wolves of the pack. They consist of wolves who have committed serious crimes and are on the verge of being exiled. Wolves who are highly untrusted can also be demoted to this position. No member of the pack is allowed to converse with a Yoh wolf, or offer aid to them.
Element Leaders: Element leaders are the ones who have had their skill and are the most powerful in their element. They give out the power to new wolves of their element, and are basically in charge of said element. They regulate their members and decide important issues for others of the element.

*Note: Until all elements are filled, Alzanka will be filling in.
As currently only the ayzras are a pair, characters will be paired into ranks no matter if they are not mates, or even of the same gender. ^^; This may change as we hopefully get new members.
