Below are several common words and such that may get some newbies or "the less literate" crowd confused. Please please PLEASE refer here if you think you may need to improve!
To: To go someplace.
Example: The wolf walked to the den.
Commonly confused with: Too and Two.
Too: Also. As well.
Example: "I want to go too!
Commonly confused with: To and Two.
Two: The number 2.
Example: "There were two of them.
Commonly confused with: To and Too.
There: To be there. To go there.
Example: He went over there.
Commonly confused with: Their and They're.
Their: To show ownership of. Something is someone's. Example: "That is their territory."
Commonly confused with: There and They're.
They're: Combo of "they are".
Example: "They're awful intelligent.
Commonly confused with: There and Their.
Mind: To care.
Example: "If you don't mind, I'd like to do that with you."
Commonly confused with: Mine
Would: Something one could do.
Example: "I would stand guard, but I cannot."
Commonly confused with: Wood.
Wood: Something made of wood. A tree or other organic structure. A foresty area.
Example: "He ran away into the wood."
Commonly confused with: Would.
One: The number 1.
Example: "There was only one of them about."
Commonly confused with: Won.
Won: Past tense for "win".
Example: "He won his challenge for Meca Male."
Commonly confused with: One.
Knew: For one to have knowledge of something. Past tense for "know".
Example: "He knew he stood no chance."

New: For something to be fresh. For something to just now be.
Example: "The season was new.
Commonly confused with: Knew
Know: To understand something. To have knowledge of something.
Example: "I know that."
Commonly confused with: No.
No: To turn down. To refuse. To deny.
Example: "Can I go there?" The pup asked. "No." Replied the father. "You may not."
Commonly confused with: Know.
Do: To act on something.
Example: "Don't do that!"
Commonly confused with: Dew and Due.
Dew: Condensation often found on grass/leaves during the early morning or early night hours.
Example: "There was dew covering the ground, wetting his paws."
Commonly confused with: Do and Due.
Due: For something to be scheduled at a certain time.
Example: "The hunting season is due in late March."
Commonly confused with: Dew and Do.
Not: A thing that something isn't.
Example: "That is not who you are!"
Commonly confused with: Knot.
Knot: To tie a catch in a rope. Matted fur can also be referred to as "knotted".
Example: His pelt was in knots.
Commonly confused with: Not.
Cruse: This is a last name.
Example: Aletha Cruse. Hugh Cruse.
Commonly confused with: Cruise, which IS a word.
Cruise: To move fluidly along.
Example: "He cruised across the terra."
Commonly confused with: Cruse, which is NOT a word.
